Grief Support
Grief is a sacred journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. On the 2nd Monday of each month, I offer a free grief support group at Healthy Body Healthy Soul at 220 Park Place, Covington, LA.
Together in a compassionate and faith-filled space, we offer gentle reflection, heartfelt sharing, and spiritual encouragement. Participants receives a digital flyer with resources and reflections.

This peaceful workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the healing power of true, restorative sleep. Blending the science of sleep with compassionate care, we’ll explore the emotional and physical toll of insomnia, as well as the deep renewal that comes when rest is restored.
This experience will gently guide you toward a healthier sleep rhythm—one rooted in grace, balance, and rest with holistic modalities and tools.
